Context

📋 Overview

This project involved developing an automation pipeline that integrates Bim360 projects with an Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming solution. The system allows for the creation of interactive scene elements like wayfinding beacons, teleportation portals, storytelling components, and an open world mission/goal system. These are crafted directly in Revit using custom families.

🙋đŸģ My Role as a Designer

As a designer, my responsibilities included exploring early design concepts, visualizing potential interfaces, and contributing ideas to the team. I focused on ensuring a seamless integration of these elements within the project framework.

đŸ•šī¸ Technical Execution

The one-touch export feature automates the conversion of Revit models into optimized scenes within the Unreal Editor, complete with custom actors and proprietary analytics to track user interactions "in-game". Additionally, a React web application enables clients to connect to pixel streams, facilitating scalable multi-user networking and high-fidelity, real-time visualizations directly in the browser.
